No one is questioning his brilliance. Just his moral standing I guess. But I understand, not everyone is able to risk their life's work over politics and find it easier to claim a state of apolitical-Ness. Still, let him and those who support him not shy away from the fact that he represented a sort of of underdog persona, and what does frolicking with those who created such situations say? Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie refused a presidential call mind you and she's just one of many that have. Mr Macroni too. Again, the Apolitical are either eating at the table, ish to eat at the table someday, or have friends or interests tied to the table that prevent them from speaking out clearly. And nearer the pyramid of wealth in a country like Nigeria are the 'Apolitical' so perhaps to get there, you have to be like that with the exception of unicorns like Mr Peter Obi. Again, this whole debacle is not about intelligence, but about moral standing on political alignment. Today we read about Hitler, wasn't he a brilliant military man and leader? Daalu 👍🏾 🙂

Fear God.
His first term was okay. He paid salaries and never owed anyone. This was the main reason why his re-election was easy.
However, he didn't do well in his second term - owed salaries and dared everyone.
Ajimobi gave Ibadan, Iseyin and Oyo a new look. Stop pls!

Days of local politics are far behind in Oyo State.
It is now a debate of ideas and structures for better growth.
Moving from Abiola Ajimobi to Seyi Makinde was progress; moving from Seyi to this candidate is what I still cannot fully grasp.

If you are getting into politics in a core indigenous Yoruba state, get your prophetess — if you are a Christian and proper authentication.
If you are a Muslim, you will have to do adhkar.
If you are a traditional worshipper, you will have to do enough “igbere”.
