For me it went down then after a few minutes the DHCP replies started again but from a different IP. Different gateway IP than before the mess began too, looks like they’ve reorganised a little.

@SwishFibre yet again it appears another config change by Swish has brought down my internet. No matter of rebooting things in the right order has fixed it. This is the second time they’ve rolled out config changes without any level of QA or care. Currently 55 in the queue…

@busbyjon @qwertyflooss @crutchley @rhno1f @SwishFibre I’m currently running “watch -n 300 busybox udhcpc -q -f -i eth8” to force my UDM to request a new lease every 5 minutes

@OmegaP @qwertyflooss @crutchley @rhno1f @SwishFibre Me too, although not doing the DHCP requests yet (I may only be online for 10 minutes). As I suspected, they have set a bunch of us to have the wrong gateway IPs, and are not providing a subnet mask. (log extract below). Manually setting the correct gateway worked.. for now

@busbyjon @qwertyflooss @crutchley @rhno1f @SwishFibre I’ve managed to get it working. The issue is then that you need an active DHCP lease for them to send you traffic so you need to keep sending DHCP requests at least every 10 minutes.

@qwertyflooss @crutchley @busbyjon @rhno1f @SwishFibre That matched the DHCP lease time, presumably the system cuts off any connection without a DHCP lease. Trying to figure out if I can somehow get my router do both do DHCP and use a static IP on the same interface

@busbyjon @crutchley @rhno1f @SwishFibre I’ve got a UDM SE and if you have any tips on how to get back online I’d be grateful. Luckily I still have VDSL as a backup line

@Tesco something seems to be up with your online payment system. Payment fails after it has been authorised by the bank. Tried with 2 different cards with the same result

@LeeJone50103071 @br_nning Not helped by the Labour candidate saying they were the tactical choice quite late into the campaign based on notably flawed MRP polling. The Lib Dems didn’t run in 2019 to support Dominic Grieve running as an independent. So the MRPs considered their base as 0

@br_nning There were a few fake tactical voting websites out there. I didn't follow Beaconsfield. But it's not impossible that a large number of tactical voters chose the wrong candidate unintentionally. It's too late now either way. It's best looking forwards, rather than backwards.
