Nominations for the 2026 Daniel G. Hill Human Rights Awards are now open! This year's awards coincide with the OHRC's 65th anniversary, a milestone we will celebrate by recognizing individuals for their outstanding contributions to championing human rights.

On March 27, 2025, consistent with its mandate to address systemic racism, the OHRC released the Dreams Delayed Action Plan. Addressing racial discrimination, including anti-Black racial discrimination and harassment in schools is the foundational place to start.
