@Orthodoxe Actually there is other group called orthodox Karaman Turks.While population exchange between Türkiye and Greece, they settled to Greece. They were ethnically Turks. However they resettled based on their religion. Both groups are part of Oghuz branch of Turks same as todays Turks

These are the Gagauz, Turks from Moldavia and the only one non-Muslim Turkic population ; entirely Orthodox. They are descendants of Turkish settlers who established themselves on Danube delta and who were mostly expelled by Russia in the 18th c.
