@OverTwoCans We've learned to navigate that one. Most people asking for lager seem to just want something cold and crisp, so we always do a few kegs any time we brew a blonde ale - seems to do the trick nicely!

Imagine going up to the bar in a small brewery, where the staff are visibly rushed off their feet, then making a show of rolling your eyes in disgust when informed that there's no rosé wine/fruit cider/gin on offer...
