This was a smaller wheelbarrow job, and our driver was cleaning up leftovers from the contractor’s equipment—putting the concrete back in his truck and leaving the street clean.

Curious: are cement trucks allowed to clean the excess concrete off their trucks by hosing into our catch basins? @Ozinga can you explain?
