To protect the interests of the gaming public, the PGCB holds gaming operators to the highest standard. But sometime an issue or error arises. We are here for you and ask that you report any matter to us.
If you’ve experienced an issue with a PA licensed gaming gaming operator, you may request an investigation by submitting a formal complaint or dispute through our website.
WE DO NOT COMMUNICATE ABOUT COMPLAINTS OR DISPUTES VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.
To open a case, you must:
• Submit the correct electronic form within 30 calendar days of the incident
• Provide your full name and contact information — we do not accept aliases or anonymous submissions
• Include detailed information, such as screenshots or emails with the operator
Once filed, your case will be assigned to an investigator who will follow up directly.
