My 4yo wants to play "the game with the colors. And sometimes you have to jump over people." "Candyland?" "No. The red & white one." ... "Twister?" It is before 7am. On a school day. My leg is broken. Bring it on, little man.

Can we all just stop using the word cyber? It's a completely pointless word used as a descriptor but really adds nothing. For example: Cyber security The first rule of security in anything as to regards computers is to prevent physical access, maybe to the IT hardware, then logical connectivity, then privileges and maybe even encryption. So let's just call it security? Even add Physical, IT, Network, Application or other words to better describe the security bit being discussed, but not cyber. Cyber is an unnecessary adjective and really means nothing to anyone outside of marketing or people talking about things they don't understand, and so add cyber to make it some scary. Before anyone replies, only do so if you can justify 'cybertruck'.

My stupid opinion is you shouldn’t be allowed to use a GUI until you’re 12. Pick Linux or DOS.

A lot of people ask me about #routing. This is routing. Unless the OS has had weights and metrics changed, this is 99.9% of all operating systems you'll encounter. This happens at >every hop< of a packet's journey. Print it. Retweet it. Share it. You're now a routing expert. 💪💚

If anyone, especially the Nvidia CEO, tells you not to teach your kids maths, science, coding, art, or personal finance. Ignore him and do the opposite of what he is saying. Teach your kids the skills they need to thrive. Embrace education for all kids. By encouraging critical thinking and a love of learning, you give your kids powerful tools to shape their futures, which also helps build strong nations.

I’m praying for anyone in a position of leadership right now…or planning to embark on the journey! There is so much hate & jealousy…envy…in the world…you have to be very strong to want to lead some adults right now! Kids…not a problem…they will grow older and get better! 😊

Introducing Sora, our text-to-video model. Sora can create videos of up to 60 seconds featuring highly detailed scenes, complex camera motion, and multiple characters with vibrant emotions. openai.com/sora Prompt: “Beautiful, snowy Tokyo city is bustling. The camera moves through the bustling city street, following several people enjoying the beautiful snowy weather and shopping at nearby stalls. Gorgeous sakura petals are flying through the wind along with snowflakes.”

Watching Luke Combs sing beside Tracy Chapman with such obvious reverence makes the difference between appropriation and appreciation crystal clear. When someone engages source material in a spirit of love, it shows. Count all the ways he centers her, not himself 👇🏾
