At some point, you have to stop letting your depression win. You can't keep sitting in the same room, replaying the same thoughts, hoping your life will magically change. No one is coming to save you. You have to save yourself. Get out of bed. Take a shower. Go for a walk. Lift some weights. Work on the dream you've been putting off. It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to begin. You owe it to yourself to fight for the man you know you can become, even on the days you don't feel like it. Healing doesn't happen overnight. But every time you choose action instead of giving up, that's progress.
