Pathway to Excellence at SFHFT

Sherwood Forest Hospitals is proud to receive the ANCC Pathway to Excellence designation! Pathway organisations are recognised for creating positive practice environments, and empowering and giving voice to nurses. We are proud to be one of them! @pathway_team #LivingPathway

This will take between 6-8 weeks from survey completion (28th September) so we are hoping to inform staff of the final result in November. We encourage staff to continue the amazing work they do in respect of the six Pathway to Excellence standards.

The Pathway to Excellence team would like to thank all staff across SFH for their engagement with the Pathway to Excellence accreditation application, and to nursing and midwifery staff for their completion of the Pathway survey.

We now await a decision from the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Centre) to see if we have been successful in achieving accreditation. This is dependent on the percentages of positive responses given to the survey questions.
