@kimkrimoeller @GI_TOC @Narcomania As Max said, much of what Hydra was doing: testing drugs, training couriers and producers, all of that is continuing on these new markets. Big difference is now there are several Hydra-like platforms in competition, and the dead-drop method is spreading to new countries.

7. Professionalisation: Darknet vendor networks may be making the drugs, but platforms like Blacksprut, Mega and Kraken enable them, by providing e-learning courses, discussion spaces and videos on making mephedrone, to teaching users the best way to make dead-drops.
