Hi @eurostar I’m travelling from London to Paris today but there doesn’t seem to be any live information concerning departures.. I’d rather not travel all the way to London then find out my train is cancelled. Can you tell me if the 09.31 and 10.31 have departed ? Thanks

@Haninparis @Eurostar They're advising people to rebook for another day when they do make an announcement. Basically just saying the tunnel is closed and they can't access it atm. They're not expecting it to move "soon".

@Haninparis @Eurostar I can confirm neither of those trains have departed. I'm booked on the 9.31 and we're still in the holding area before the platform. It's the same for the 9.01 to Brussels. I don't think people for the 10.31 have been allowed to come through the gate/security yet.

@Julie_Hardy63 @SUFCRootsHall @BoxparkWembley I think it's guaranteed entry before 12 if you buy a ticket, or you can get it in after 12 for a tenner if it's not full, first come first served. You could buy a ticket and not get in after 12 if it's full when you arrive.

@TheVanaramaNL So what did you do when you found out about the engineering works and tickets cap? Did you only find out on Wednesday night, or did you just have fingers crossed that two smaller teams would make the final and it wouldn't be an issue?

@SUFCRootsHall @TheVanaramaNL is an absolute disgrace to let this happen. Gambled on two smaller clubs making the final and it's backfired horribly, leaving thousands of disappointed Southend fans. They need to compensate the club for loss of revenue from missed ticket sales as well.

We would like to thank supporters for their incredible support - we continue to work hard to increase our ticket allocation for this fixture.
Currently, a very small number of tickets will be released tomorrow. A further announcement will be made before these are released.

ℹ️ Latest Promotion Final Ticket Update: We have now received confirmation from Wembley Stadium that the enhancements to the rail services into Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium will enable the capacity for our promotion final to be increased to 48,000. That will increase our allocation to 21,500 plus tickets sold with coach packages. Please note these additional numbers need to be released in two tranches (due to some coding requirements that Wembley need to undertake). The first tranche has been released already, the second tranche will be release tomorrow - we will give some notice in relation to that. At the time of writing this statement we have about 5,000 tickets to sell (over two tranches), yet we have 600 supporters queuing in the car park and 8,000 queuing online. We are confident we could sell in excess of 35,000, so whilst we are pleased with the progress that has been made, we are still pushing all stakeholders to think creatively and to find solutions that can safely increase the capacity further.
