The video technique got slightly better from a different location for @PhilippaRuns in the 60m - a canny time of 7.98 seconds & the 2nd occasion she's ran that exact time in Manchester over that distance - she's happy with her races today 👍

North East Grand Prix presentation night at Gateshead Stadium last night - after winning the U20W age group & being awarded an Athlete of the Match - thanks to @NECAAathletics & @Start_Fitness Well done to Nicola too 👏

It's been a busy few weeks of competing :- Northern 100m Hurdles Champion 6th I'm 100m Hurdles at English Championships then 6th in my 100m heat at British Championships last weekend Thanks to Geoff for his coaching & to @chloeandliam24t for their support

It is not long before @PhilippaRuns leaves us for pastures new at the end of Y13. We don't think the school has ever had a more successful athlete judging by the number of school records she holds. We are delighted she will run at the British Champs this year! #proudtobeparkview

Back on the track at the North East Grand Prix at Monkton last Wednesday night over 150m - a new pb gained with a time of 18.61 seconds

Back on the track today - fastest season opener over 100m (12.42) & wind legal too (just)

Was meant to be doing a track session today, but the weather knocked that on the head 🤷‍♂️

Season ends earlier than planned with this 150m at Darlington last Saturday - school self isolation means I'll miss Morpeth on Sunday. Some great progress on speed this season & thanks to Geoff for his support - pb's in 100m, 150m & 200m @chloeandliam24t @SportNewcastle
