been making a lot more progress on the API for the animation mod lately! (now named 'locomotion')
i've also been experimenting with new rest poses for first person empty hand and holding item transforms in this little test anim, looking for feedback on how natural this feels!

@WilliiamRose Personally I don’t think the higher-ups give a damn what it looks like as long as it sells. This was probably a job done by the art directors and character design department or something like that.

@Pickzz0 People don't understand how the animation/vfx process works, so they blame those who didn't do anything wrong because they think they have control over things like this when in reality, it's the higher-ups who have full control to make bad calls like this.

Why are idiots blaming the animators like they have anything to do with the changes in style. Same goes for the shitty Minecraft movie, everyone blames the people behind the CGI for the decisions
