Idk if anyone knows this info, I lost like 20 pounds over the summer but since coming back to college I just can’t drop below 125 lbs. At this point I really just want to shed that last bit of tummy fat, is that mostly dietary changes? I’ve been focused on cardio but I’m stuck :/
