Trump now claims that he negotiated "a big deal" with China. So far the only deal negotiated was lowering the tariffs he imposed and for China to lower the tariffs it imposed in retaliation. So the "big deal" was just undoing his prior mistake. Trump also claims that despite 150 nations lining up to kiss his ass and make deals, he will dispense with the deal making and just send those nations letters informing them of what "they'll be paying to do business in the United States." In reality the letters will inform those nations of what Americans will be paying the U.S. government to do business with their countries. Instead of mailing those letters to foreign governments, Trump should mail them to American citizens.
