GMK is great in a lot of areas but having “the most evil version of godzilla” be the one that’s possessed by the victims of the imperial Japanese during ww2 is certainly a choice

@Ifues1 I feel you, I think it’s interesting because I never really thought of anything Godzilla did in any of the films was evil, more of a cruelty that’s seen in any corner of nature

@PostboyWavy I do agree this is meant to be justified vengeance but they don’t really do much with this story line after the first half and by the end of the film we don’t really see the Japanese public remembering their past so im kinda left with nothing

The film also kinda centers on a woman who makes cheap mockumentaries based on like hauntings and shit trying to real life report on these monsters as she faces sexism in the workplace. So the media is tryna cash in on tragedy and then boom that’s CLEARLY SHOWN TO BE A BAD IDEA
