a very basic privacy tip
- use something like @ProtonMail
- create a dozen or so email aliases
- use a different email for any new account signups
- manage them via 1pass
it's not perfect but it does reduce blast radius when some site data gets leaked

Cambodia, Ethiopia, North Korea -- every catastrophic famine of the last century happened when governments controlled food production and distribution. You won't find a single mass starvation event in countries with functioning food markets during this period. Not one. Markets move food from surplus areas to deficit areas faster than any central planner ever could because price signals beat five-year plans every time. Stalin's commissars seized grain while peasants starved 50 miles away. Mao's bureaucrats reported record harvests while warehouses sat empty. The pattern repeats because the incentives never change. Politicians optimize for power, not for feeding people.
