@PureChat always have to go run to a computer to catch a chat because the iOS app never seems to work. What's the point in having it if I can't access it when I'm away from a computer?

We have been experiencing dashboard issues and are working hard to get everything back up and running. Very sorry for this inconvenience. Blog post coming to explain why this and other recent issues have been occurring.

@PureChat potential clients only seem to connect to my phone app 50% of the time. Fortunately I get the missed connection notification pretty quickly. Using the free version via Weebly.
