@_ranituran @bxredbutcher Wa! (It's the conversion fee, they don't show us the conversion fee they are taking, but it is, in fact, in their ToS and in their fees and transactions!) (If you add their fee + conversion fee, you are gonna see it does hit the value you get!)

Their customer review came with artist's reply and trello-like cms schedule is why I don't mind they'd take 5% cut out of my $280 cms. The devil is in PayyPal. They dare to take a cut THEN applied their own conversion rate which is WAAAAY below the real-life conversion rate 💢

I'm gonna be honest, I honestly didn't know that art contests were so controversial. I should just leave it to the bigger creators. I just wanted to have different creative perspectives on how artists see my OC and getting to discover new artists I can commission and promote. I didn't mean to hurt anyone. I'm extremely sorry if my rules were a bit too much or concerning because I don't know how to explain things. I think of personal use as not capitalizing on it but I learned that there was more to it than that. I always want to make sure that I abide by any TOS no matter the situation. 🌸 Hosting this contest meant that I just wanted to do something fun and I'm sorry if some of you thought I was just free art farming. I'm genuinely not sure why art contests exist then if it's a problem. So many creators did it so I just thought it was a cool activity that helps get artists seen. With this being said, I will always try and do right by those I surround myself with and going forward I always want to fix my mistakes. I won't host art contests anymore if that's what it takes, and I hope you all can forgive me. I really do respect artists everywhere and I'm super excited to commission amazing art for this OC when I am able ❤️
