Edward Brown KC of QEB Hollis Whiteman appeared for the prosecution in a case concerned with the murder of a woman following a prolonged period of abusive and controlling behaviour by her partner.

Fraser Coxhill of QEB Hollis Whiteman appeared on behalf of Detective Sergeant Ray Mackennon, a Metropolitan Police officer, in misconduct proceedings concerning his oversight of an investigation into former officer David Carrick.

David Jeremy KC of QEB Hollis Whiteman appears on behalf of Benjamin Field in proceedings before the Court of Appeal. Field was originally convicted of the murder of Mr Farquhar in August 2019, following a trial at Oxford Crown Court.



Fiona Robertson of QEB Hollis Whiteman prosecuted Christopher Jackson who pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving arising out of a fatal collision on the pedestrianised area of The Strand on 18 March 2025.

Philip McGhee of QEB Hollis Whiteman prosecuted R v Justin Clarke-Samuel at the Old Bailey, where the defendant (known professionally as Ghetts) was sentenced to 12 years’ imprisonment for causing the death of Yubin Tamang by dangerous driving.
