@AmitabhaDash Bear phases don’t just give investment returns — they set up re-rating cycles
That’s where the real money is made, if you’re positioned right
English

Total stock market return = Investment return + Speculative return
As per my understanding, investing during this bear phase can lead to enormous speculative returns in the future.

These stocks largely fall into sectors showing strong relative strength.
Auto is the only sector with slightly negative RS in the short term.
On the daily RRG, most sectors are gaining momentum — EV and EMS are in the leading quadrant, while Auto (Passenger & Commercial Vehicles), although in the improving quadrant, is also picking up momentum.

Any suggestions
Hold and pray or accept reality and clean this mess up?

@pushpmegh21 @Sandeep_Majj EMS and Semiconductor stocks having strong RS across short and mid term 👇

@Sandeep_Majj Sir,
I’ve been looking into Dixon Technologies , strong growth but concerns around margins and valuation.
Would love to know how you see it from here, both technically and fundamentally?!

@valueclarity @InvestNifty_ETF Good thread! Most people focus on returns, few focus on post-tax returns.
Most people realise this on March 30th
English

@InvestNifty_ETF Thanks for explaining in this simple manner; it's the need of the hour.
English

Stop paying unnecessary taxes on your Mutual Funds! 🛑💸
With March 31st fast approaching
here are 5 legal "hacks" smart investors use to keep more of their profits:
1️⃣ Tax Harvesting (LTCG):
You get ₹1.25 Lakh of long-term profit TAX-FREE every year.
Sell your units to "lock in" the profit and buy them back immediately to reset your cost price. Use it or lose it! 📉➡️📈
2️⃣ Loss Harvesting:
Got a fund in the red?
Sell it before March 31 to book the loss.
You can "set off" this loss against your taxable gains or carry it forward for 8 years to lower future taxes. 🛡️
3️⃣ The Family Advantage:
Invest in the names of family members (parents or non-working spouse) who are in lower tax brackets.
You can utilize their separate ₹1.25L LTCG limit and lower income tax slabs. 👨👩👧👦
4️⃣ Growth > IDCW (Dividend):
If you're in the 30% tax bracket stay away from Dividend plans.
Dividends are taxed at your slab (30%), while LTCG is only 12.5%. Switch to Growth + SWP instead. 🔄
5️⃣ The IDCW Hack:
Conversely, if investing for someone with zero income, use the Dividend (IDCW) option.
Their total income will likely stay under the tax-free limit, making the payouts 0% Tax. 🆓
Don't let the government take a bigger slice of your hard-earned cake. 🍰

@Invest_AndGrow DIIs providing solid cushion!
But market needs FIIs to form a bottom and reverse the trend.
English

DIIs to the Rescue: The ₹30,000 Cr Shield 🛡️🇮🇳
The ultimate tug-of-war! While FIIs have pulled out over ₹60,000 crore in the March series so far, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) have stood like a rock, infusing a massive ₹30,642 crore this week alone to support the markets. Local liquidity is the new market stabilizer! 💎🙌

@InvestNifty_ETF If Nifty comes near 22,100, I would be doubling down on my earlier lumpsum. This would be my 3rd deployment.
Lets wait and watch!

IT vs. Banking: The Tale of Two Sectors 📉💻 vs 🏦🏗️
This week, the Nifty IT index was the clear outlier, surging +4.2% as global demand for AI and cloud services remains red-hot. 🚀
Meanwhile, Nifty Bank struggled, ending the week -1.8% lower, dragged down by governance concerns at HDFC Bank and thinning net interest margins. 📉

@Atulsingh_asan Most small caps look great on earnings
Few survive the cash flow test
English

FEW SIGNS of QUALITY SMALL CAP
————————————————
-Management don't dilute equity much
-Management grow without leveraged
-Management don’t create pledges
-Management do CAPEX during slowdown and bear market when interest rates low
-Management increase payout when lack of growth opportunity
-Management avoid raising frequently capital
-Management give bonus shares when they have sufficient reserves and do debt
-Management increase stakes from time to time rather than selling frequently

Advantages of index mutual funds :
They eliminate the risk associated with individual stocks, sector-specific exposure, and fund manager selection.
Disadvantage : The only risk that remains is overall market risk.
