This afternoon, RCKSI joined our partners - The Buganda Kingdom , in Bulange for the press conference launching the Ssese Floating Clinic project. Together, we move healthcare closer to our island communities. #unite4good9213 #rotaryeyamba #andsseseallofus

Representing @GKitakule today, I had the honor of joining the Buganda–Rotary partnership as we took another step forward on the floating hospital project—an idea first inspired by the Kabaka in 2018 to bring quality healthcare closer to our island communities. What started as a simple rescue-boat concept has grown into a UGX 1.6B floating hospital, thanks to the tireless efforts of Owek. Hajj Ahmed Lwasa, the @RCKSI, and our international partners from the Northern California & Nevada Chapter (Buganda Amakula) led by Owek. Patrick Nalikka Ssendegeya and Paul Kiruuta. Through Global Grant #2462408, we are turning this vision into real, life-changing impact for the people we serve. @BugandaKingdom_ @Rotary
