Celebration of #IWD2025 dubbed #AccelerateAction with some selected women in forestry. With support from #ClientEarth and UKaid, the event provided a platform for discussions on the challenges career women face in the natural resource sector and how to drive meaningful change.

RAIN with support from @ClientEarth and UKaid, hosted an insightful #IWD25 celebration at Nyinahin. Themed ‘Accelerate Action’, the event united community leaders, professionals, women leaders in cocoa cooperatives, and advocates to champion women’s rights and gender equality.

As part of efforts to build the capacity of females in the forestry sector, a seminar was hosted at the Uni. of Energy and Natural Resources(UNER) with support from FCDO and @ClientEarth to provide mentorship, networking opportunities, and career insights for female students.
