Union Bank of India is the worst financial institution. Instead of telling a customer in one go (checklist) about the prerequisites needed to resolve their issue or for the request submitted, some of the bank representatives will harass you by deliberately making you do one task at a time. Some of the representatives are so careless that they would even lose your paperwork and make you do all of it again. Regretting being a customer of Union Bank for 13 years but not anymore.
