1/ In 2019 at the Malnad Ultra, 20KM from the finish, I was broken. Couldn't run more than a few steps at a stretch. Then an older gentleman walked past me. Faster than I was running. He finished well ahead of me. That moment changed how I run. And honestly, how I think.

> staying alone, so daily chores
> some family time (although its usually FTs on the weekends)
