You can’t be this dense. There are literally no gun laws that would have stopped this. Even banning every gun in the country wouldn’t have stopped it because there are 400 million of them. Background checks: shooter had all guns legally. Assault weapon ban: the shooter also had a handgun. Our most deadly school shooting was done with a handgun. High capacity magazine limitation: shooter had multiple spare mags and even w/ a 10 round limitation could have done this with no problem because they were all unarmed. Age limitations: shooter was 28. Gun free zone: school was already a gun free zone. You using this tragedy to engage in performative advocacy is what’s enraging.

Our hearts are with family, friends & fellow officers of fallen McKeesport Officer Sean Sluganski. On Tuesday, the PBP Special Deployment Devision provided traffic control as law enforcement from across Allegheny County escorted Officer Sluganski to a funeral home in Brentwood.
