@Danjaiiiii Yes, learning is very important. Then smaller size with edge. Once you master your edge, take 5-10 SPX cons, then you'll be bagging $3-5k a day. That's enough money to live.

Midday Review: Started the day with a short IC to capture elevated premarket volatility. Took my usual Friday $TSLA 375 calls after the bell which paid $1,440. Since $SPX opened around 7313 just below our put trigger and quickly tagged 7300, I avoided puts. The move was too fast and 7300 is a major dealer floor support. Instead, I took 7350 calls once SPX held 7315 nicely, which paid $2,674. Then above our 7340 call trigger, I added 7375 calls for another $1,237. Closed my short condor for an additional $799 gain just before SPX pushed through our UT1 level for higher highs. Overall about +$6.2K on the day before 12PM and I am done for the session. Yes, and that same elevated volatility can work against you too. But generally, when IV is high and $SPX doesn’t move aggressively, the vol crush can help us make money. Still, you always want to respect high volatility because things can reverse fast. That is why I closed my short IC for 50% gains.

We wait, and I still have to analyze other data… it can always open higher or lower just like today. But I didn’t want puts because 7300 is strong dealer floor support. On a day like this, if 7300 truly failed, it likely could’ve created the same type of aggressive flush we saw yesterday after SPX lost 7400.
