TW: miscarriage If I’ve been extra quiet the past months it’s because I’ve just gone through my 6th miscarriage. I had a terrible one in July while visiting the US and just had another last week. I debated sharing this but I want to remove the stigma around pregnancy loss. 1/3

@schutzsmith @eduardsi A tell for me is that even when posting about red flags in companies this person never once mentions the gender discrimination that happens in tech spaces.

Wait the hole goes deeper, why does the LinkedIn profile for linkedin.com/in/codingunico… say they work at DevTube but only @eduardsi is mentioned in the footer credits. I’m 99% sure that codingunicorn is @eduardsi either using photoshop or a model to impersonate a woman developer.

@schutzsmith @eduardsi All the posts read like they were written by a cis dude and posts that are weeks apart use pictures from the same set (same clothes, location, even same time on the clock, just a slightly different pose).

@schutzsmith @eduardsi I went through hundreds of posts and this profile exclusively promotes devternity and dev events and used the same “coded at night under caffeine” phrase - I’m not sure the person is fake as there was one video but it was v scripted so maybe a friend or relative

@schutzsmith @KingNoosh discovered that where you can see a file directory on the screens the user is eduardsi - something definitely doesn’t add up 🫠

it is very clear that the vast majority of people still genuinely think that adhd is just a minor annoyance and it’s like no my brain physically never stops, i am unable to do things, i am constantly overwhelmed, it’s not just “no big deal” !!!!!!
