God commands: keep holy the Lord’s Day. Missing Mass breaks His law. 3. You receive grace you can’t get elsewhere. The Eucharist feeds your soul. Nothing replaces this sacred food. 4. The Church makes it a serious obligation. Missing without cause is mortal sin. Don’t risk your eternal soul. 5. You join the whole Church in worship. Heaven and earth unite at Mass. Angels worship with you there.
