Pretty obvious the roosters season was a debacle of epic proportions. Perhaps they need a new voice in charge. Underwhelming season clearly impacted by poor player management given now know that a party culture is at the heart of the group. For a team awash with rep stars… it’s been an unmitigated failure for Trent Robinson. Cue the rooster crazies.

Michael Ennis has joined the St George Illawarra Dragons as an assistant coach for next season. Ennis will fill the void of Ryan Carr who has departed for the Super League. It also means that Ennis will depart FOX Sports after nearly a decade with the broadcaster.

How about a new CEO, a proper head of recruitment, a major clean out of head office dead wood with fresh (proper) people starting soon, a centre of excellence which will revolutionize performance, training and connectivity… and… a salary cap getting back in shape for a full tilt at 2027 (without forgetting about 26). Add to that the best crop of young players we have had in years. Helloooooooooo????

@rjcohen75 8 players have debuted. That’s awesome. And very very rare. We have looked to the future in many ways. Yeh injury toll, at the worst times, has been as bad as I have ever seen it. Cannot win with so much disruption.

Sometimes I have to question certain sections of the red V faithful. Honestly. Give yourselves an uppercut. Sure, be disappointed. But have some perspective and context. The team has been awesome for at least 5 weeks playing way above themselves. A down performance was inevitable. Plus a million people out. Calm down.

Hahha FMD!!!! Flanno has given 8 blokes their debut!! Ridiculous take. Gutho (and Val) have have been the best players all year. Without them, we would be farked. And what cook has been enormous in leading the club. Klemmer was lauded last week for a massive game. People are just so short sighted and have very short / selected memories
