@andrewbrownld As the Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the V&E Committee, surely you can and should do more than just 'add your statement for the record'. There is a clear and demonstrable breakdown in protocol which is now going to be papered over.

I managed to get hopelessly confused about the deadline for public forum for tomorrow's Full Council - so my statement on the Independent Persons paper has become a Members' Forum statement:
