Diet started on 1st June '26 and I have lost 5lb so far. Cut out biscuits and chocolate and drinking less and when I do it is alcohol free. Happy with the way it is going.

Be careful when using Tesco petrol pumps. I used the pay at pump option and asked for a receipt as I always do for my accounts. I put in £35 to top the car up and a receipt came out for £70!! #Tesco #fuel
