@SherriSbrown I believe most of it goes toward common and higher education, but maybe @JM_Montgomery can explain the specific flow of revenue. (Sorry, senator. That's what you get for liking my attendance at the meeting!)

Deep down I believe all farmers are optimistic. We know that through hard work, rain, and Gods grace that next year can always be better than the year before. Harvest is always a great time to reflect on the past and pray for the future.
