@whiterat58 It may be your DPI settings, if you right click on the sync.exe icon, then comparability then click override DPI settings. This may fix it. Ensure you run it as an administrator and your desktop needs to be at 1920x1080.

@Retro_BadgerG I’m having issues with resolution and can’t seem to change it to even fill half my laptop screen. Any thoughts?

@whiterat58 If you download a ship from Gamefront or Nexus Mods, unzip it and then just copy and paste it into the bridge commander directory. That's it, it should show up.

@Retro_BadgerG How do you put individual ships into the game?

@Retro_BadgerG Can you do one where you put an omega class destroyer from B5 against a cylon basestar? Include star furies and cylon raiders. Or maybe do a mixed earth force fleet against a cyclon fleet. Just curious how effective the omegas are as opposed to the battlestars. Thx!

@loner365 I believe it did! There was mention of a Brig in an episode. We also saw one on the USS Valiant, the other defiant class starship. It was Supposedly on Deck 2. It's also in the official tech diagrams.

@Retro_BadgerG kinda hard to find accurate or consistent specs but do you think that the Defiant had a holding cell area for prisoners/POWs?

@Quacker31 Hey! In terms of laptops it's quite tricky. Bridge commander has issues with gaming laptops, due to them having 2 graphics cores. I've got it working on an Acer Nitro 5, but it only uses the integrated graphics. Standalone PC's are better for this old game.

@Retro_BadgerG hey I’m looking at buying a laptop just to play bc again, I’m not great with computers, can you tell me what spec I should look at getting, I miss all the old Star Trek games bc more so. Thanks

Exciting mod news for Bridge Commander! MSR has been given permission to start porting ships from Star Trek Armada II directly into Bridge Commander! Expect many new and wonderful ships in the coming months :-D
