Realizing the fact that depression is a feeling or a state and that it should not be treated like a disease. It is okay and normal to FEEL depressed. But do not objectify it by saying "my depression" Everyone will feel depressed at some point but its a matter of realizing that it's a feeling.

@de_ghost23 Find something you love doing and have fun with it. Also take care of your body. Go to the gym, go for a run, try a sport. They'll help. We all were there brother so there's no need to feel slow or left out. Take the time to sharpen your edge.
