Just as an experiment, I published this same exact post on the same day here and at the blue place. After 9 days, the post on X has one like and one repost. The same post on Blue… has 153 and 10. No trolls at the other place. No nastiness. It is no wonder this place is dying.

At this point the vast majority of my activity is at the blue place. Overall, it has been a much more positive experience. I have not deleted this account, yet, for purely utilitarian reasons. But I am barely here and I will delete fairly soon. I hope to see on the other side.
