The 16th Amendment is a red herring. It’s wasn’t ratified but even it is were it could never make the income tax constitutional. It can’t. At that is a power the people are unable to grant to the government . The people don’t have the power to invade oneof the Peoples finances to generate an enforceable tax bill outside due process Because the people don’t have this power they can’t delegate what they don’t have to this government .
