Another weekend @Rothwellparkrun with my sister and her friend. it was sunny but windy, still keeping around the 24 minute mark, followed by birthday breakfast for my niece with the lilo and stitch hood I got her.

We’re back! Thanks to everyone including our 33, yes, 33 fantastic volunteers! It’s our 4th birthday next week and Rothwell Harriers & A.C. are taking over all the volunteer slots.

Here's our statement in response to the Prime Minister's changes to the Roadmap. It is now our intention that 5k events in England will restart on Saturday 24 July. 👉 parkrun.me/r98kl 🌳 #loveparkrun

We're still excited to be planning to re-start, but it won't be on 5th June as originally desired. An update from HQ about the re-start of parkrun can be found here: blog.parkrun.com/uk/2021/05/21/… All of us at Rothwell parkrun thank you for your patience and understanding.

parkrun will return 5th June.............. we just need to do our bit to ensure we pass those 4 tests on the way there 🙏
