De rechters houden rekening met de "parafiele/zoöfiele stoornis" van die twee onmensen. Omdat ze pedofiele en zoöfiele gevoelens hebben, rekenen ze de verkrachting van die jongetjes van 7 en 10, het maken van kinderporno en het misbruiken van de hond "in licht verminderde mate" toe. WAT EEN WAANZIN. Waarom zou je bij een pedoseksueel rekening houden met het feit dat hij pedofiele neigingen heeft?! Dat is toch precies de reden waarom hij die kinderen nooit in huis had mogen krijgen?! "Ja edelachtbare, ik heb een stoornis waardoor ik kinderen seksueel wil misbruiken.. dus geef me maar minder straf." Slachtoffertjes verwoest voor het leven, en de daders mogen na voorarrest naar huis met een taakstrafje.
