🎥 Race Recap from the World Center of Racing I qualified into the race on time (21st) in a field that sent 10 drivers home early (50 entries for 40 spots!), learned a TON, and brought a mostly clean car home to the checkered flag on NASCAR’s biggest weekend. I got to represent Indiana on my back too, as the only Hoosier driver in the starting field in Saturday’s @ARCA_Racing event. I, as any driver would, wanted a better finish than where I ended up, but I’m content knowing that my team and I finished as well as we could have given the circumstances. In case you missed it, my right rear tire blew with 28 laps to go, which sent me spinning into turn 3 at 185mph. Miraculously, I kept the car off the wall and was able to continue, but we lost two laps under caution while surveying damage to the underneath of the car. We believe debris, a total freak accident, caused the dramatic tire failure. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without all of the incredible partners I had join me for our big weekend. I want to give a special shoutout to Clean N Simple Commercial Cleaning Services for their continued support. It’s pretty awesome to bring a local-to-me company out of New Castle, IN along for the journey. Overall, this was an EXTREMELY positive weekend, and one I will never forget. You only get one first time at Daytona, and jeez, very few ever get to do it even once, which I don’t take for granted. The entire week was extremely busy, but one of the most fun, and unique weeks of my entire life. I hope to run it back in 2027. With all that being said, Talladega is just a couple months away 👀. Let’s work together and make it happen - myself and the @FastTrack_11 team has some unfinished business 🏁
