I may have got a medal and a PB, but the REAL marathon was the friends I made along the way. I mean it: they were a total drag and a pain.

Probably one of those fads you see in Runners World every month, like barefoot running and chia seeds and taking a shower.

Our coach is always showing off with fancy "innovative" ideas. The latest thing is that slow and steady does *not* win the race. 😏
