We've shipped 23 mechanical iterations of Ryder One. Nobody talks about iteration 3, where we thought we had it. Or iteration 11, where we definitely thought we had it. Shipping is just falling forward faster than everyone else.

This is the part nobody talks about. We all see Ryder today and think “clean product, smooth experience, they got it right.” But this shows the truth There were moments they thought they had it. More than once. And still had to go back, fix things, and start again. That’s the difference. Not talent. Not hype. Just the willingness to keep going when it’s not perfect yet. 23 iterations is not just product design it’s patience, pressure, and refusing to ship something half-baked. Most people quit at iteration 3. Some push to 11. Very few make it to 23. That’s how real products are built. Respect to @RyderWallet for showing this side 👏
