This week our EDD students designed a mock food supply sorter, using a photoresistor, piezo, and arduino to sort “good” chips from “bad” chips! Great job!

This week our EDD kids took on soldering! They bonded wires to a circuit board using a melted metal alloy, creating a Christmas light show!

Engineering isn’t always pretty! Our EDD kids attempted to construct a tower out of cardboard to hold over 130 pounds, and some couldn’t withstand the pressure! Engineering is all about trial and error, and our EDD engineers made a great attempt! Keep pushing forward!
