@ixigotrains But as you may also be knowing that number 15 and 16 are not lower berths in a coupe of 1 st AC, 15 and 17 are, not consecutive numbers, so when I will arrive at my couch I will be seeing this as one lower and one upper, no consolation from your reply. Agree??

At present, the same status is also being shown on the IRCTC platform, wherein both berths are indicated as lower berths. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

If the refund is not credited within this period, please check your bank statement and contact your bank with the provided ARN number 683348000826 for further assistance. Additionally, your refund for the cancelled train booking PNR - 854****582 from Jabalpur to H Nizamuddin has also been successfully processed. The refund amount of Rs. 10,620 was initiated on 23 March 2026. Kindly review your bank statement rather than only the UPI transaction history. If the amount is not reflected by 26 March 2026, please reach out to your bank with the same ARN number 683348000826 for further assistance.

#ixigo I booked two train tickets, same destination same travelers, different dates, cancelled both, refund amount same, received one but still not got for other, it’s almost a month now , will you look in to this
