He has the physical tools, but he was never even the best WR on any of his college teams until the top guy was injured. I can’t put that much faith in a guy after that season.

@Tschilly5 @RobDemovsky Are you going back to the 2010s and earlier for drafting these great WRs? Davante Adams, Jordy Nelson, James Jones were all drafted by a different GM, with different WR coaches.

@SeanUnfiltered I lived in Chicago for 9 years so I’m not just a Packer fan popping off against the Bears. If they move to Arlington Heights, IL, that is 30 miles away from Soldier Field, and also outside of Chicago. The state may miss out on some revenues, but they can also sweeten the pot.

@Peter_Bukowski Clearly, the point here is things cannot remain status quo and expect the same results. That was a record setting year for comebacks. Can the Bears do the same or better next year? Not without improvement in several areas.

Bears fans thinking this season is repeatable just makes it even better. They are a scary team. They're young. Ben Johnson is good. Caleb made a bunch of clutch throws. But this season was flukey as hell for like 48 different reasons.

@stoolpresidente @barstoolsports The one difference is the Bills WR was going to the ground as part of making the catch, triggering the survive the ground rule. Adams caught the ball while standing, and wasn’t going to the ground until the tackle. I don’t think either was a turnover.

There is absolutely no difference between this play and the Buffalo play. Adams did not make any move. He caught it, secured it as he was tackled and then stripped on the ground. Same exact thing. Same exact. This is why fans hate the NFL refs. No consistency game to game

Maybe one of the reasons to use your RBs carrying the ball is to lighten the load on your QB, and not put him directly in the crosshairs of the defense? 46 pass attempts and 10 runs for Nix, and he is injured while the RBs had 10 rush attempts. @Jeff_Mans @SiriusXMFantasy

I’m all set on people trying to convince me the Stroud/Lawrence/Geno group are #actually awesome. If they were good, they would produce. Mahomes has had no WRs or OL for YEARS and produces. Ditto for Herbert. Burrow’s OL is 4 high school guys and a janitor. Come on.
