Hey... @elonmusk You might want to have a stern talk with your prodigy @grok and explain to @Grok the specific California Regulations regarding doxxing people. Specifically Penal Code 653.2, and Doxing Victims Recourse Act (AB 1979/Civil Code 1708.89), effective January 1, 2025. See the following public response from @Grok where @Grok appears to have taken X posts by the ASTSpacemobile #KluelessKlubberz attempting to doz me and claim I am this guy James Dunstin. Then @Grok including this attempt to dox in it's response. You can just deposit the $30,000 in awardable damages (awardable under the Doxing Victims Recourse Act (AB 1979/Civil Code 1708.89) into a new X Money account to avoid costly litigation. In the meantime, I am requesting @Grok to generate a series of apologies via a series of images of Bart Simpson at a Chalkboard writing "I WILL NOT DOX FREESPEECH1017 AGAIN" in sequence down the chalkboard. I need this provided in separate images in at least 8 languages, two of which must be Vogan and Klingon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

@shortmsger @CKCapitalxx That’s like 2% of his shares, probably used it for taxes. You get the spirit of what he’s trying to say right?

Abel Avellan founded $ASTS in 2017. He owns 78.16 million shares, roughly 21% of the entire company. That stake is worth over $6.7 billion at today's price. He has not sold a single share. SEC filings confirm it directly. His absolute share count has remained at 78,163,078 through every capital raise, every dilution event, every stock price move from under $2 to nearly $130. The man has never once hit the sell button. He has also stated on the record that he has no plans to convert or sell any shares and intends to remain a long-term shareholder. Think about what that means. The person with the most information about $ASTS, who built it from scratch, who knows every satellite, every contract, every partner conversation before it becomes public, has had every opportunity to take money off the table and has chosen not to once. He also controls 71.7% of the voting power through his Class C shares. He is not a hired CEO managing someone else's vision. This is his life's work. 78 million shares. Zero sold. $6.7 billion on the line alongside you. When the founder won't sell, that tells you everything the balance sheet can't.

I can’t imagine spending my days complaining about people excited and invested in a company lol. What do you think about Elon’s timelines with his company’s? FSD/mars??

@NotABot_00 @LuckyStuey @ASTS_Investors Na, all the main ASTS “pumpers” do spaces multiple times a week, they are all leveled headed rationale people and no one is making extravagant claims. Of course you don’t believe the company so those “claims” are lies. But no one is making outrageous claims regularly.

@NotABot_00 @LuckyStuey @ASTS_Investors Full self driving is 6 months away…for 10 straight years. That actually is a lie though lol. You just don’t understand how novel technology companies work. It’s extremely difficult. How many satellites even close to this size are manufacture per year by anyone else? 1-2?

@LuckyStuey @SMOB142 @NotABot_00 @ASTS_Investors They get their words and stories crossed constantly. So much, that they're either insanely incompetent or simply lying. Either way, I couldn't imagine following them as they've been so wrong about this stock for years.

@JBakeWxMan @LuckyStuey @NotABot_00 @ASTS_Investors One of the early spacemob OG’s put in 325k and eventually gave in and listened to Tim’s bullshit and sold at the literal bottom to recoup his last 15k. Tim’s intentionally misleading people and some people pay the price for it.

@LuckyStuey @NotABot_00 @ASTS_Investors You open the door for that when you publicly use your “credibility” to call Abel/Scott frauds/liars. Sorry man, you’re not a total ass like Farrar but that behavior crosses a line where people don’t care to not be juvenile towards it.

Why do you guys always degenerate into juvenile insults? I'm here as a counterpoint to the SpaceMob, to give my honest opinions to those who might be on the fence, whether to put their retirement savings into $ASTS (spoiler alert: I wouldn't). I've called out bad space businesses where I've seen them in my career. I was right about Iridium/Globalstar/Teledesic et al in the late 90s, O3b c. 2008, OneWeb c. 2010-2012, Global IP a few years ago, Rivada most recently. I made one mistake thinking Starlink could not be successful (given that all NGSOs previously had failed), still believe claims of SX profitability are dubious, and its valuations are insane. I'm pretty sure I'm right about ASTS. I'm not jealous of anyone that already made bank, including Yao, Scott and any investors who bought low and sold high (good luck to them), since anyone still holding at this stage could get wiped out. If I'm a loser that's only in the sense that I didn't play ball with corporate politics to clime the greasy pole to that kind of career success. I just made it personally to be comfortably well-off through my own hard work and insightful investment decisions to enjoy semi-retirement while I play poker for much of my time. Good luck to you, but kindly cut out the schoolyard insults. They're not a good look for any adult except Jim Carey and Mike Myers ("that's not my bag baby").

@NotABot_00 @LuckyStuey @ASTS_Investors Yao is 2 years from retirement, he should sell as much as he wants. He made it. Holding out because some jealous losers want the company to fail and are desperately clinging to any straw they can is…not even a thought in his mind.

@LuckyStuey @SMOB142 @ASTS_Investors Same play as last year: “No bad news can come if Scott sold”. the biggest sign that something is off is the shares dumping by the CTO. Why would the person who knows the most about the hardware is dumping 90% of his shares? I would bet that Yao will dump his new 40k shares soon

@LuckyStuey @Steved24661 Because you’re implying insider knowledge is being used illegally to sell shares before the public finds out. That’s illegal and this is why people don’t like you. Scott on the other hand seems like a genuinely nice guy.

@LuckyStuey @ASTS_Investors This was a non scheduled sell, so if he “knows” something not publicly disclosed…he’s fucked. Scott takes a fairly low salary, especially to the career he left, He deserves to sell some shares. Also, can you define “significant” for us?

I dgaf what his title is, he's a key executive and he's selling a significant portion of his shares at a crucial time for the company. If you can't see that as a canary in the coal mine, you're dumber that your gif. Thankfully, I post here for free as entertainment. Funnily enough, I make around the same annual consulting income as Scott's base salary 😂

@Defiantclient2 @MaikemiC @spacanpanman @retail_mourinho NET this NET that launch campaign started 12 months ago with very little to show for it yet despite always missing timeline everyone is still expecting best case results. So instead of expecting what they’ve never done why not expect what they have done? Delay.

$ASTS Consistent with my ongoing analysis, I've reduced my weight in ASTS from 3% to about 1.6%. The operational challenges with scaling satellite production appears to be more significant than I previously expected, and I will want to see meaningful progress on that front before getting more bullish. Either they're running into a plethora problems that they didn't anticipate, OR they're running into problems that they did anticipate and just choose to downplay it for the past 18 months. Realistically the answer is likely a little bit of both. At the end of the day, their number one job is to build and launch birds. Yes there are launch partner delays but it's the building/assembly part that's the current bottleneck. There's a real scenario that they don't have 60 birds in orbit until late 2027. I don't know what the % chance of that is, but it's not zero, and I definitely would have had said zero last year. The issue is the current ACTUAL (not guided) pacing provides zero data for an outsider to extrapolate from. And their previous guidance has been extremely wrong, so it's really hard to say "this time their guidance will be correct." I'm becoming more confident about my previous comments about this turning into an S-tier meme stock. The product seems to be more about the stock price and promises made by the company than actual operations. This is an asset to the company (and shareholders) as the volatility is dampened if bad news occurs. It ends well as long as they manage to eventually reach their goal. I still think the company gets the full constellation up, and significant revenues are likely to follow, but I want to see more metal in orbit, or a far lower stock price before I can be more constructive on the valuation being appealing. x.com/KevinLMak/stat…
