Decided to post this.. I am in a safe spot and not a danger to myself or anyone else but I feel the need to get this out. I consider this a place where I am able to share what’s going on with my mental health and the struggles that come with it. My depression comes in waves and it’s been heavy the last week or so. Trying my best to keep a positive outlook and be grateful for the life I am living but fuck there are times where I just don’t want to be on the planet anymore. I’ve got a wonderful wife and son plus surrounded by a ton of good people who I call friends, have a career in a field I love that makes these days pass a little easier. Everyone struggles. It’s okay to not be okay. Take it easy on yourself, know you are loved & life is better six feet above ground. 💜
