Continued anxiety of catching covid again. Grieving for the life they had pre covid when they felt fit and healthy and enjoyed exercise. Finding climbing stairs a struggle. Sleep disturbance, anxiety. Remembering feeling worried for their families at home 2/

Seeing COVID-19 survivors in ITU follow up clinic today. Very humbling listening to their stories of their illness and continuing recovery. One pt said they felt guilty they had survived when others had not. Struggling with chronic fatigue, SOB, tingling in legs 1/

Happened to see this today as I stepped out the door on ward 15. How beautiful! "These stones are laid in memory of each patient that has sadly died of COVID-19 at this hospital" ❤

I have removed contacts from intubated patients maybe 4 or 5 times and I always show them off to the horrified ICU staff. It’s a great and disgusting learning experience for everybody
