@DrDude1985 internet man, I made a youtube short on a bar chord lesson, the 1st comment on youtube about it is "nobody uses barre chords after year 5 of learning guitar" Like wtf, I been playing for 30 years, I still use 2 string powerchords sometimes.

@SakesFrig I spent so much time trying to get this one right that I have a dude accusing me of faking it 😂 You can literally hear my guitar over the mp3 in the background. And they're not in perfect unison at all lol. You can't win for losing 😂

@RobertTheMonk0 @GuitarsNBats That's what I'm thinking, I'm in a better place now then I was in my early 20's last time, after 20 years being a dad is just in my blood, I don't see it as work, it's just life. I kinda feel like i'm wandering through life aimless right now, like i'm retired but still fit.

@SakesFrig @GuitarsNBats I’m 46. My daughter was born when I was 41. I started late lol. And if u do have another then big bro is right across the street he can help out/be directly involved with his siblings upbringing. Would be beautiful.

@RobertTheMonk0 @GuitarsNBats Nice good variety to keep life interesting, I was so proud he moved across the street, lets me know I did something right, he wants independence but he's not trying to escape. Me and my wife want to start another family, I'm only 42, everyone else thinks i'm crazy though.

@SakesFrig @GuitarsNBats That’s awesome. That’s a dream of mine . For them to live close always , because my parents moved away from me. Mine are 13, 10, 9, 5 . 5 is the only girl. 13 and 10 are sports freaks but 9 is an outdoorsman / military focused

@RobertTheMonk0 @GuitarsNBats Small game is fun, I do birds n rabbits with a pellet gun. I have a .22 caliber called a Diana Chaser, it's a pistol with a shoulder stock, cheap and accurate. They sell little 7 shot magazines for them and it's co2 so you just have to pull the hammer back n shoot away

@RobertTheMonk0 @GuitarsNBats I can do them at work and hunting season. Pretty much only when I'm stuck in one spot but focused on something else. It's not enough to keep me stimulated on it's own. reading I can do in short bursts because it stimulates more senses feels more busy.

@SakesFrig @GuitarsNBats My dad does audio books but o can’t , I always zone out lol . I read real books all the time tho. Normally one a week if it’s under 400 pages .

@RobertTheMonk0 @GuitarsNBats Back when I was driving rock trucks underground I used to listen to audiobooks all day, it was the only time I could ever find patience, I loved LOTR because it took up like 14 12 hour shifts. Otherwise I'm pretty sure I have ADHD, I get easily distracted.

@GuitarsNBats I’m very inpatient and I don’t like to sit for long periods of time . Even movies that are under 2 hours I will watch in 2 or 3 sittings. I can only watch for like 45 mins or a hour max then I get bored , no matter the movie .
